On June 11-12, Li Keqiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Premier of the State Council, visited Hengyang and Changsha accompanied by Du Jiahao, Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, and Xu Dazhe, Governor of Hunan Province.

In Datian, Baishui Village, Hengyang, Li Keqiang carefully observed the growth of rice and worked with farmers to calculate the reasonable scale of planting based on the input and income per mu, asking them what support they needed for grain cultivation. Li Keqiang said that eating for over 1.3 billion people is a huge task, and we need to increase investment and support in agriculture, strengthen infrastructure construction such as water conservancy and roads, develop various forms of moderate scale operations according to local conditions, develop precision agriculture, improve the quality of agricultural products, and take multiple measures to enable farmers to have more income from grain cultivation, and protect and mobilize their enthusiasm for grain cultivation.

Li Keqiang came to Baishazhou Industrial Park to listen to a report on the transfer of industries in Hunan, especially in southern Hunan. Li Keqiang said that the transfer of industries from the east to the central and western regions conforms to economic laws and is conducive to regional balanced and coordinated development. Li Keqiang inspected the intelligent manufacturing workshop of Sany Group in Changsha and encouraged enterprises to meet user customization needs with more core competitive products, and to move towards the forefront of high-end manufacturing in the world. After listening to the introduction of the "Excavator Index" formed by enterprises relying on over 380000 industrial equipment networking data, Li Keqiang requested a thorough analysis of the economic activity levels reflected in different regions. He affirmed the efforts of enterprises to build industrial cloud platforms, closely integrate internal maker spaces with external innovation resources, and promote innovation acceleration with lower costs and higher efficiency. He said that it is necessary to actively develop an open, shared and inclusive industrial Internet platform, pool talents and creativity with a new mechanism, so that large, small and medium-sized enterprises can display their strengths and develop together, and create an upgraded version of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".

At Bosch Changsha, a wholly foreign-owned company, Li Keqiang has a detailed understanding of the intelligent upgrade of the company's production line and hopes that the company will continue to increase its investment in the Chinese market. He said that your manufacturing is also made in China, and we will treat everyone equally. China will further expand its opening-up and welcome foreign businesses to come to China with open arms, continuing to be a hot spot for foreign investment. China holds an open attitude towards the development of advanced manufacturing industries in various countries and is willing to strengthen international cooperation in advanced manufacturing fields such as autonomous driving.
