Never forget the original intention and keep in mind the mission

In order to celebrate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the education on the theme of "never forget the original intention and remember the mission" was solidly promoted, so that the "Red Heart Runs Beiqiao" brand of party building became the spiritual core of the majority of party members and cadres, and encouraged the party organizations at all levels and the majority of party members across the street to forge ahead and strive for excellence. On July 1, Beiqiao Street held a grand ceremony to commemorate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Member of the Communist Party of China and the commendation conference of "Two Excellence and One First".

Jiang Feng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Beiqiao Street, extended festive greetings to all levels of party organizations and party member leaders in the street, reviewing the contributions made by all party members in the street to the high-quality development of Beiqiao in the past year. At the same time, he called on all party members and cadres to further enhance their positions, transform their work styles, uplift their spirits, work hard, and bravely move forward to realize the dream of building a livable Beiqiao.


The "Two Excellences and One First" Award Ceremony: In order to fully play the exemplary role of advanced models and better promote the theme education of "staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission in mind", Beiqiao Street has selected 10 advanced grassroots party organizations, 30 outstanding Communist Party members, and 10 outstanding party workers. Gong Lili, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Beiqiao Street, read out the "Two Excellences and One First" commendation decision on site and held an award ceremony.

03 Original intention and mission

Exhibition of Precision Assistance Achievements: In 2018, the street claimed 160 precision assistance project packages through forms such as "branch+enterprise" and "branch+social organization", raised 1.0778 million yuan in donations, and assisted 1181 families in need, allowing the hearts of party members to nourish the land of Beiqiao.

On the day of the event, the street also held a "Two Excellences and One Pioneer" advanced deeds exhibition and a showcase of the three major party building alliances. Carefully crafted themed education learning records and party building propaganda bookmarks were sent to all party members. The street comprehensive management (law enforcement) squadron party branch conducted a garbage classification propaganda activity on site, laying a solid foundation for promoting the theme education of "never forget the original intention and keep in mind the mission" and achieving significant results.
